This website is operated by GV Engineering and NDT Solutions (“GV NDT”), the controller of the personal data processed through it. Privacy contact: contato@gvndt.com.br.
2. Data we collect
- Quote/contact form: name, company, e-mail, phone, service of interest, service location, message and source page.
- Job applications: resumes and data voluntarily sent to recrutamento@gvndt.com.br.
- Technical browsing data: IP address and browser information, kept temporarily for security and abuse prevention. If a metrics tool is enabled, it will be one that does not use tracking cookies.
Ethics Channel and Ombudsman
In the Ethics Channel, identification is optional. For reports, we do not record IP addresses, cookies or browsing data; the report and any details you choose to provide are accessed only by the people responsible for the investigation and kept for as long as needed to handle it and meet legal obligations.
3. How we use it
To answer your request, prepare commercial proposals, maintain customer relationships, run recruitment processes and keep the website secure. The legal bases are your consent, pre-contractual procedures and legitimate interest (art. 7 of Brazil’s LGPD).
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by hosting and e-mail providers under confidentiality obligations, or shared when required by law.
5. Retention
For as long as needed to fulfil the purpose of collection or to meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
6. Your rights
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion and withdrawal of consent by writing to contato@gvndt.com.br.
7. Security
We adopt technical and administrative measures to protect data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to the information received.
